I endeavour to dispatch parcels the next working day as normal, this means the Post Office are not overwhelmed with huge amounts in one go.
Please note Royal Mail delivery is taking longer than usual. The length of time a delivery can take varies day by day and region by region.
Any items I take in will be left to one side for a minimum of 5 days. ( It is still not known how long it can live on clothing).
Advice would be to wash all clothing as it is received.
The virus can live on the postage bags from a few hours to 9 days. If concerned please put the package to one side, or disinfect it.

We only deliver within the UK.
Delivery is £3.50 per order or free when you spend £30 or more.
Orders are posted with Royal Mail 2nd class. All orders should be with you in 3-5 working days.
We aim to dispatch your parcel the next working day.
Packaging is made from 100% recycled plastic.

Returns

We offer a no quibble returns policy.
Please return your items from Lotsalove childrenswear within 14 days from receipt of your parcel.
Items must be in the same condition you received them and postage must be covered by yourself.
